GasMINE Hosts Exclusive Wine, Dine & Learn Event, Reinforcing Its Role as the Energy Company Connecting People to What Matters while educating on Energy, Blockchain and Digital Asset Class (The Introduction)

GasMINE recently convened industry leaders, innovators, and strategic stakeholders at its Wine, Dine & Learn event, an invite-only knowledge and networking forum designed to advance high-level conversations at the intersection of energy, blockchain, digital assets, innovation, and the future of finance.

The session provided a focused platform to address one of the world’s most persistent challenges: stranded and flared natural gas. GasMINE reaffirmed its commitment to transforming these underutilised resources into productive energy solutions that drive economic value, reduce environmental waste, and support sustainable development.

Speaking at the event, Founder and President, Peter Oyewole, emphasized the company’s long-term vision of converting stranded natural gas into reliable, affordable electricity capable of powering AI-driven data centers and Bitcoin mining hubs. He noted that GasMINE’s mission extends beyond energy production to building systems that connect people to what truly matters: energy security, inclusive financial access, and scalable innovation.

With GasMINE’s current pilot project in Foster Farm delivering 1.1MW, and plans to expand to 5MW at both Foster Farm and Fash Field this Q1 2026 in Texas, the company is demonstrating tangible progress in converting stranded gas into productive energy infrastructure.

Beyond energy infrastructure, the discussions explored how emerging financial systems and digital asset frameworks can unlock new models of access and participation, particularly across energy value chains. This reflects GasMINE’s broader ambition to enable integrated ecosystems where infrastructure, capital, and technology converge seamlessly.

Also speaking at the event, Amb. George O. Agbonlahor (Jnr), Founder of SISA Africa General Infrastructure Holdings, highlighted the growing global relevance of AI modular data centers and the increasing acceptance of off-grid, reliable electricity to power advanced technologies. He shared insights from his visit to GasMINE’s global office in Sugar Land, Texas, commending the company’s operational depth and its ability to convert complex business challenges into profitable and impactful ventures.

The Wine, Dine & Learn experience underscores GasMINE’s strategic approach: curated dialogue, informed collaboration, and decisive execution. As Nigeria and Africa continue to navigate the energy transition, GasMINE remains focused on pragmatic, scalable solutions that turn today’s challenges into tomorrow’s opportunities.

Reinforcing this position, Benjamin Sarumi, Business Development and Marketing Manager at GasMINE, stated that GasMINE is fundamentally a technology driven energy company redefining how the world powers its digital infrastructure. By converting stranded natural gas into clean, dependable electricity, GasMINE fuels high-performance data centers and digital asset operations at scale.

Through innovation, partnerships, and thought leadership, GasMINE is building the future of energy and digital infrastructure pathways that connect energy, people, and progress.
