PETER OYEWOLE | Founder
Peter Oyewole: Serial entrepreneur and fund manager specializing in energy investment and value creation. In 2015, leveraging his strong operational background in the energy industry, Mr. Oyewole began acquiring onshore oil and gas assets across South and East Texas. Recognizing the energy sector’s evolving dynamics, he expanded into sustainable energy and digital infrastructure, ensuring alignment of his strategic vision with emerging trends. Coupling his expertise in investment fund management and energy operations, Mr. Oyewole has positioned Proline Energy resources Inc. (PERI) as a key player in delivering gas fiend development and production. As the founder of GasMINE, he pioneers the use of natural gas, stranded gas, and flare gas to sustainably power cryptocurrency mining and energy-efficient data centers. This innovative approach minimizes waste while bridging traditional energy with the digital economy. Mr Oyewole holds a Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Houston.
PETER MAITALA | President
Peter is a financial transformation specialist with 20+ years of experience in investment banking and international venture capital. He has led strategic investment programs ranging from $10M to $250M, Mr. Maitala most recently served as Executive Director for MCP Asset Development Group, a Texasbased Energy investment firm. He led acquisition and development opportunities for oiland gas production,midstream infrastructure, and renewable energy sources. In 2017, heco-founded GFX Energy Capital, an investment firmfocused on acquisition and development of under-valued oil and gas producers in the Gulf Coast region. Previously, Mr. Maitala was an expert advisor to several governments worldwide, leading economic development programs funded by World Bank, or the International Monetary Fund. He brings significant international experience gained from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Maitala holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, UK.
VIKRANT LAKHANPAL | Head of Operations
Vikrant Lakhanpal isatechnology-driven petroleum engineer with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives across oil & gas operations, digital workflows, and automation. At Proline Energy Resources, he has designed and executed end-to-end systems for production optimization, asset management, and financial modeling. He holds multiple patents in predictive drilling analytics, developed in partnership with Halliburton, and has received several industry awards for innovation and operational excellence. His work blends deep technical expertise with a sharp business focus to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. His public work spans industry conferences, technical committees, and award-winning volunteer leadership — consistently blending innovation with operational excellence. He holds a Mastersdegree in petroleum engineering from University of Houston and has been honored with the Distinguished Young Engineering Alumni Award.
KYNARVIS CLARK | Head of Mining
Kynarvis is a forward-thinking executiveand recognized innovator in the Bitcoin production and infrastructure space, with a unique ability to merge energy strategy, blockchain technology, and industrial operations into scalable, asset-backed platforms. As CEO of Sovereign Power, he is building next-generation, independent power plants that fuel Bitcoin mining through renewable and natural gas sources unlocking new financial models for digital asset yield, capital preservation, and energy monetization. Before leading in the crypto-energy space, Kynarvis held senior positions at Medtronic, Nestlé, and Black & Decker, where he led enterprise-wide supply chain transformations, global demand planning, and multimillion-dollar forecasting operations. These roles sharpened his operational discipline and data-driven planning capabilities skills now leveraged to deliver cost-efficient, scalable, and investor-ready Bitcoin mininginfrastructure.

He previously founded and managed two startups, built brands, and created real commercial impact across multiple industries.
DEREK BAIR | Head of Technology
Bair is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as our Head of Technology where he leads our technical infrastructure, systems architecture, and technology strategy. He previously co-founded and led ventures including Bald Eagle Mining and Grizzly-IT, bringing hands-on experience in building technical operations from the ground up across the mining and IT services sectors.
